Were designed suitable kits, both for vertical and horizontal uses, for all types of tanks in the catalogue.
Special designs are possible in case of non-standard tank.
The chosen materials, allow to be used for mineral oils, at suitable temperatures for the proper functioning of the hydraulic power pack.

This pipes made of EPDM (Ethylene-Propylene Diene Monomer) allows the suction of the oil, by the hydraulic pump. The lengths indicated are coming from the design of the various kit, useful to cover the full range of the tanks.
Threaded 3/8 “gas, by both parties to be able to fasten the pump on one side, and the suction filter on the other.

Metal mesh filter with filtration of 180micron. The particular square shape and the conformation of the metal mesh, allows to have a good filtering surface with reduced dimensions.
Used in all our power packs, avoids the aspiration of solid particles that would irreparably damage the hydraulic pump.
The choice of the material of this drain pipe of the mini power pack, stems from the needs to have a flexible tube, but also resistant to mineral oil at 60 degrees centigrade.
The particular curvature of the tube allows to directing the flow of oil in drain, away from the suction area of the pump, avoiding that this one go into cavitation.
The extreme flexibility of assembly of this component, allow the production department to assemble our power packs, avoiding rapid wear of the pump gears, resulting in malfunction of the hydraulic power pack.
Made of nickel-plated brass, is used in the return kits for tanks that are mounted vertically.
Threaded 1/4″gas on one side, it guarantees a quick assembly on the manifold, and on the other side it guarantees the assembly of the C010-T12-10 rilsan hose for the in-tank return lines.
